• Why Pre-cooling
Pre-cooling is done to remove the field heat of the harvested produce, which is detrimental to keeping the quality of the fruits and vegetables and it is done to retard ripening and senescence processes. Prompt pre-cooling conserves the weight and extends the storage life.

• Each room has a maximum capacity of 40 Pallets, with 6 rooms, our facility can pre cool up to 240 pallets at a single time.
The technology can pull down the pulp temperature of 40 pallets from +35˚C to 0.0˚C in 8 to 12 hours.
